We focus on companies with a proven, income-generating product that need capital to pursue (further) growth. We concentrate on small to medium sized enterprises requiring an initial investment of up to approximately €5 million.

We use a dedicated special purpose vehicle (SPV) per venture to manage our shareholding. For each SPV, we engage investors who can add value and specific knowledge to the company.

After acquiring a shareholding, the company is closely monitored. Based on our broad experience and expertise, our team commits to the company not only as a shareholder, but also as an advisor and sounding board to enable the company to fulfil its growth strategy.
